Booking Policy
A few simple guidelines for scheduling and appointments.
Appointments at Quiet Form are reserved especially for each guest. To ensure that time is respected for both clients and practitioners, we kindly ask that the following booking guidelines be observed.
Appointment Confirmation
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your visit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes made more than 24 hours before the appointment can be adjusted freely through the booking system or by contacting us.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
Missed Appointments
If an appointment is missed without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to respect the schedule of other guests. The full session fee will still apply.
Courtesy to Other Guests
Our appointment times are intentionally spaced to allow a calm and unhurried experience for everyone. Timely changes and communication help us maintain this environment.
