At Quiet Form, our herbal tea blends are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure quality and freshness. As these products are consumable items, we kindly ask that the following return guidelines be observed.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives unused and unopened, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. When possible, we may request a photo of the item to help resolve the issue quickly.
In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
